On the night of 27 July 2006, during the 7th launch under Dnepr Program, the emergency shut down of launcher first stage motor occurred. The launch vehicle blasted off from its silo at Baikonur cosmodrome and was to deliver 18 satellites to the dedicated orbit, including the first satellite of Belarus called BelKA, Russian Baumanets satellite developed by the students of Bauman State Technical University and a number of student satellites from Italy, USA, Norway, Japan and South Korea.
The Dnepr LV drop point has been detected. It’s located 150 km away from the launch site. No victims were reported of, the rocket hit the ground in the uninhabited area. Presently, planes and helicopters are used by the emergency rescue team to perform the inspection of the drop zone.

ドニエプルロケットの落下地点は分かりました。打ち上げ地点から150kmの場所です。ロケットは無人の地域に墜落し、負傷者は報告されていません。もうじき、落下地点を検査するため、緊急レスキュー隊が飛行機とヘリコプターで向かいます。
